Allen and Ann serve a bagel breakfast daily; use of kitchen & laundry room. Adjacent to Downtown Brooklyn, close to 11 subway lines and the Long Island Rail Road, good restaurants, shopping and BAM and the Barclays Center.

There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. The larger suite sleeps 3 with a king bed and smaller full size futon. The smaller suite has a king bed.

It’s a half mile to the Guilford beach, 4 miles to the Hammonasett beach in Madison. The house has great light, a cozy relaxing porch, a walking location to the village. Rustic decor in a serene quiet dead end. There is no smoking allowed in the home. The front porch and upstairs bedroom deck area is always lit up with chairs for you in the evening. There is a refrigerator, tea, and fresh coffee available in your room along with a fresh water dispenser. Conveniently located near the train station (25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service is up the block. No space shared

Bedroom #1 -Let the sun in!

This is a private room located on the 3rd floor where you can relax and be at peace. This room accommodates 2 guests and has a queen size bed. ($45 for first guest and $35 for 1 additional guest) No parties, gatherings or smoking in the units. There is one camera located in the common area and at the main entrance. NO SHOES INSIDE OF THE UNIT! IMPORTANT: UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
