Open floor plan, sweeping staircase, 5 bedrooms plus loft. So much to do and enjoy in this waterfront oasis! (Pool not heated; pool closed after mid Oct.)

Beautiful newly built waterfront home with open floor plan. Huge Granite Island with five bar stools. Dining Table with six chairs. Huge Family room with 75” TV. Beautiful large custom made L shaped sofa that will easily seat 10-12 people. AWESOME WATERFRONT VIEWS. Watch the sun rise over the water! Comes with a boat slip and two jet ski ramps for your toys. Five minute car ride to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and bars with live music.
