Mountain studio in the Peaceful Jura forest

Our compact studio is part of our modern chalet built in 2016. We are 3 km from the nearest ski station the "Jouvencelles" with many more within proximity. There are trails for walking and cross country skiing which depart from our chalet. 6 km from Les Rousses. There are also all of the basic commodities at 500meters: iceskating, muséum, restaurant, grocery shop and cake shop. Our studio has an amazing vue over the mountains where very often we can see the deers grazing in the mornings.

If you're looking for peace, quiet and simplicity, our yurt is perfect for you! Furnished for 4 people, kitchenette with fridge, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, French press coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sofa bed, bunk bed and barbecue. The hot shower (except in winter) and the dry toilet are located next to the yurt. Our house is located in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park at an altitude of 1000 m. Former 19th century farmhouse, it was successively a summer camp, a gîte and then a family home. We renovated it with quality natural materials. The 230 m2 house is intended for lovers of old stones but also Art and Design in search of a comfortable haven of peace to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, 1 hour from Geneva and 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon.

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.

This unique place has a style all its own. 180-degree view of Mont Blanc, Lake Geneva, Dole. Comfortable and quiet room with a 160 bed. New 120 m2 chalet. The chalet consists of three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds (possibility of double bed), an extra bed on the mezzanine. It is located in the small village of Foncine le Haut.
