The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. In the apartment, you can expect a lot of space to feel comfortable. On the balcony you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Dogs are always welcome and children of course. There is a dog basket and a drinking bowl for your pet. There are some board games for all ages and lots of books to read. There are three beds in total, two are 1.40 m and one is 1.80 m. In the bathroom there is a large, open shower and a washing machine.
