Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Completely new loft, located on the 2nd floor, created for you host from 2 to 6 guests, atypical , elegant and functional. 3 beds 160 x 200, separate toilets, walk-in shower, equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the calm and charm of a large hammock. Located in the heart of the village , close to all shops and swimming pond. 2 hours from Paris, 1.5 hours from Dijon, 30 minutes from Vezelay For business or leisure, we're happy to have you. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches.
