By car: stop possible in front of the apartment to load/unload then go to park without hassle. Climb to Bordeaux on foot, 2min from the Capucins market, 5 min St Michel/Victoire, 10 min from the train station and Pont de Pierre, 20min from the water mirror/ Saint Pierre...And very well served by tram/bus/train/plane

Nice 30 m2 studio with shaded and quiet garden, and space in secure parking (outdoor) in small wooded residence. Located in the immediate vicinity of Pessac center (many shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, art and experimental cinema, swimming pool...). Multimodal hub with SNCF train station (Bordeaux Arcachon line 300 m away). Tram B stop 30 m away (Camponac stop) Coulée verte and Camponac Park in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Closed bike storage in the building.

Relax in this spacious and elegant accommodation, completely renovated in the spirit of the Bassins à Flots, a former industrial district of Bordeaux. Enjoy the lovely terrace without vis-à-vis, the four comfortable bedrooms and an open living room very friendly. The accommodation has an ideal location for discovering Bordeaux, close to the Cité du Vin, the river, shops and restaurants, and four tram stations from the historic center of Bordeaux (about 20 minutes by walk).

Come and enjoy this 2-room apartment at the gates of Bordeaux and at the foot of public transport. The bus is located at the bottom of the residence and serves the city center in 15 minutes. Bègles station is behind the residence, and takes you in 2 minutes to Bordeaux station, you will also find tram C within a 5-minute walk, as well as Mussonville Park. The accommodation, very cozy, refurbished and access is completely autonomous with a secure key safe system.

charming 2 bedroom house

House with two bedrooms upstairs and with a large garden with terrace out of sight. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. Parking is available in a dedicated square. The railway runs along the bottom of the garden. Thanks to the good double glazing, the noise is very attenuated. You can reach Bordeaux in 10 minutes thanks to the bus line 7 or by bus boat from the charming village of Lormont Bas 2 minutes by car.
