Located on the ground floor of a building with pleasant views of a beautiful garden. You can eat outside while respecting the neighborhood (even if I am the only one to enjoy it, it is a common garden). It is in the city center, close to the theater, a 7-minute walk from the Orleans Cathedral. Easy paid or free parking 10 min walk on the banks of the Loire or adjacent streets.

Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The property comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a large living room divided into two sections.

After a walk in the Poligny forest or a visit to the Fontainebleau castle, relax by the pool or a jacuzzi session (offered per stay off-season) Car is ESSENTIAL. Two bedrooms (1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bed of 180 cm possibility to separate them into 2 beds of 90 cm), bathroom as well as a shower room. Separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms (1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), toilet on the landing. Baby bed and high chair available. Outside large garden with barbecue, garden furniture and ping pong table.

An outdoor terrace for sunny days. Parking. The pinball machine has been replaced by a foosball table.
