Beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse in a wonderful place, surrounded by all amenities. Only 5 min. drive to the beach and in short walking distances are big supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The apartment is 2 min. drive to Roda golf course, the residential has a lift and a communal swimming pool. Since this is my second home you will find it fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Featuring f.x. air condition, balcony and a private 100 m2 roof top with a great view.

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches.

Casa Midu is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood only 5-7 minutes walk from the beach playa lo Sola. Parking is free in front of the door. The house has a terrace with a Kamado BBQ where you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. There is also a patio upstairs where you can relax. Casa Midu has two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other has two single beds. The house has air conditioning in every room. Supermarket - 3 min walk

Duplex in a very quiet and safe residential area. A few meters from the beach and 15 minutes by car from the golf courses in the area. The Los Narejos neighborhood also has good restaurants and shopping centers. Ice cream parlors, swimming pool, tennis courts. A 6-kilometer-long promenade that can be explored by bicycle or on foot. The house has an outdoor dining area on the porch where you can enjoy the good weather and with the ideal southern orientation in winter.
