Parkeringsplass i felles garasje, og heis fra garasjen til leiligheten. Felles basseng. Det er ca. 200 meter til stranden ved Mar Menor med koselig strandpromenade på 7 km, og flere barnevennlige strender. Leiligheten ligger sentralt i Los Alcázares med gangavstand til butikker, restauranter og barer. Det er flere golfbaner i nærheten.

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

Duplex in a very quiet and safe residential area. A few meters from the beach and 15 minutes by car from the golf courses in the area. The Los Narejos neighborhood also has good restaurants and shopping centers. Ice cream parlors, swimming pool, tennis courts. A 6-kilometer-long promenade that can be explored by bicycle or on foot.
