Just 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind, is Casa Kalisat "House of Happiness." Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and closeness to nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. Throughout the village you can be undressed. Nudism is welcome here, but not mandatory. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Glazed studio in a beautiful garden, Lanzarote

Glazed studio, East and West, has a bathroom and kitchen inside the studio, located in a 700 m2 garden. Independent entrance to the studio, through the garden. Hammock area on a sunny terrace to enjoy and read with the house cat. The garden has another large outdoor dining room and barbecue. The apartment is south facing and gives you sun all day long, very bright with windows in every bedroom and bathroom. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and on Wednesdays and Fridays 20 minutes walk they put a flea market in the Pueblo Marinero.

Our accommodation is located in a country house about 800 mts. from the sea shore in a natural enviroment where you can enjoy a very peaceful time. It´s got a equipped kitchen and private bathroom, double bed, interior couyard and a terrace.
