House with private pool, garden with Lebanese bed, hammocks, barbecue and grass area. The house consists of 1 bedroom,bathroom, kitchen with American bar and in the living room sofa bed. It is located on the road of the frog about 450 meters from the beach (4-5 minutes walking), it is a quiet area, without noise and at the same time a few minutes from the restaurants, chiringuitos and a very good area of the beach the palmar. We have 2 free bicycles for use of the guests.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

House strategically located between the most beautiful villages on the Costa de la Luz; CONIL, VEJER, BARBATE and ZAHARA DE LOS ATUNES. Two minutes from Barbate and close to supermarkets such as Lidl Maxi-dia and Aldi. The house is located in a rural area where cork oaks and pine trees abound. It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.

The house is not fenced, it is a natural place, with lots of vegetation!! You can enjoy a large garden if you fence it around!! That's why I don't accept pets!! It has spectacular views, you can see the entire Bay of Cádiz... and some great sunsets... with nothing in front of you, just the views of the sea... it is very close to the beaches of Conil and Palmar... The area is quite quiet to rest and disconnect from everything...
