A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

The apartment has been completely renovated this summer. It offers a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. It has direct access to the garden, where you can enjoy a meal on the terrace or relax in the sun. It is located only a 10-minute walk from the Maggia River, so the location is perfect for taking a swim during the summer!
