Rubislaw rooms have coffee & tea facilities, hair dryer, TV, wifi, gardens, deck & outdoor seating. Rooms have double beds, but an additional single bed or cot can be added on request. It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

We're close to the medieval town and beaches of St Andrews - just 2 miles from the centre, so you can cycle/walk as well as drive. You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

Comfortable double room in north Edinburgh

The room is a large double, in a spacious, comfortable house. Free breakfast with booking. All the finest toasts, cereals and teas / coffee. It's really easy to get to from the city centre (15 minutes) or the airport via bus no. 17. We're just 5 minute drive from the coast and some great walks by the sea. Murrayfield is also just a 30 minute walk awaaay We're available to give you all the information you need, but otherwise will leave you to enjoy your break / holiday.

A cosy cottage bedroom at Larriston Farm - a mid 19th century farm steading around a cobbled courtyard. We're 20 minutes' drive from Kielder and the observatory, and Newcastleton, in a very rural setting amongst fields, woods, hills and rivers. Dogs welcome. Outdoor patio/deck space ideal for a sundowner. 15 minute walk downhill (obviously uphill to get back!) to lovely high street and beach. Lots of bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to train station, only 35 minutes to Edinburgh. Parking at property.

My place is close to public transport and the city centre. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, a great shower, well-equipped kitchen, fast Broadband and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Lovely woodlands with a great network of trails are just outside the door.
