The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

An air-conditioned games room including foosball, darts, ping pong table, arcade game terminal and outdoor games. A pool area (4*8) and spa (5 pers) open from 9am to 9pm with deckchairs

Located 20 minutes' walk from Sillé beach through the forest, or 5 minutes' drive, this house is ideal for a stay with family, for hikers or workers. Shops 5 min by car (Super U, Bakery...) Located 25 minutes from the entrance to Le Mans (add 20 minutes for the circuit, GP, 24 Hours of Le Mans). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).
