Monthly Rentals in Loutraki Beach

Loved it!

We had a very nice stay at this place. The host and his caretaker was very helpful from the day we came to we left. The Strandvilla was very nice. What you se at the pictures is what you get. The house and the garden/pool area was very nice and clean. The house and the pool was cleaned several time during our stay. The kitchen has all you need to make dinner etc. We were 2 adults and 6 young peoples, the neighbor on the one side was familys whith small kids and the other neighbour was a group of adult ladies, so this villas fits for everyone. Close by (70 meters) you find a lokal taverna with very good food, very nice host and good service. The beach is 100 meter from the house and it is perfeckt for small children because of the calm sea. You can take the bus to Chania, it goes 4 times during the day, but i recommend to hire a car so you can experiens the whole island (different beaches, small villages and to get to the mini marked). The place was great, was exactly what we had seen in the pictures. The communication was great. We had a minor issue and they were very quick to reply and come help. Great experience.

Searenity is a great villa, perfectly located at the sea front line with amazing view. The villa is only 3 years old and everything is clean, in excellent shape and outstanding equipment e.g. in the kitchen. Very good cleaning personal. Also the weather was great, we had a wonderful time. On a side note: Sometimes your hear military airplanes from the close by airport, but it was not disturbing us.
