At the foot of the Maurepas forest and an equestrian center. France Miniature 12 minutes away, 2 golf courses 9 minutes away and the Grand Plaisir shopping mall 12 minutes away (see guide). Welcome!

It is bright, quiet with two small gardens, an equipped kitchen, a games room with a pingpong table, a pool table, two double-bed children's rooms with their own shower room and toilet, and a magnificent master suite.
