Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The newly renovated "Casa Mina" sits in the lovely town of Loveno, a 20-minute walk (or short drive) above Menaggio. The building itself was at one time a Monastery, but that was at least 200 years ago! We renovated the apartment in 2025, specifically to prepare it for Airbnb. Now it is a light-filled, brand new & super stylish 3-person apartment, with all the modern amenities, but it's still got that old Italian cultural feel.
