Great views, great location at the gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park. Including two floors, a floating staircase, plus downstairs a luxurious bathroom and a kitchen for creating stay-at-home meals. Newly built modern design with a manual garage door for an open-air living room feel. Construction finished in July, 2021.

Cool Change Oasis The Sea Cabin

Located just 10 minutes from the Seward Boat Harbor and 15 minutes from Kenai Fiords National Park, the Sea Cabin is a quiet, restful oasis. It's nestled within a temporal rainforest, surrounded by glacier covered mountains and framed by ancient hemlock and spruce trees. This fully equipped cabin is the perfect getaway for your family. With amenities like a full size chef's kitchen and a walk-in shower, it provides all the amenities of home in an Alaska wilderness setting.

Alaska Alpine Meadow Retreat—upper unit*

Modern day homestead in the making! We are adjacent to State, National Forest Service, and National Park Service lands in a beautiful, quiet wooded neighborhood with views of Resurrection and Benson Mountains and Resurrection River. This upper unit, "Alpine", is a two-bedroom and sleeps up to six people, has a full kitchen, full bath, living space with pull-out queen sofa bed, and washer/dryer. The lower one-bedroom unit "Meadow" is also available to rent.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Welcome to my little cabin! Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin on a large private lot in a quiet subdivision. Located 1.2 miles outside the Seward City limits.

Two Lakes Guesthouse

This completely remodeled ranch style guesthouse is the perfect vacation spot to enjoy Seward, Alaska. The guesthouse features wood floors, and pine ceilings throughout. Your bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bath with an open walk-in shower. The main room features a wood stove, television, wi-fi, and a kitchen with new appliance It is located next to a green belt and Two Lakes Park. It’s just 5 blocks to the harbor

The Eagle Nest Yurt

Looking for something less traditional than a hotel? Look no further. The Eagles Nest offers a queen size bed, refrigerator, keurig, electric fireplace and shared bath house with full size toilet, sink and shower with endless hot water. Situated in the Chugach National Forest just minutes from Kenai Fjords National Park. There are 2 other yurts on site that share the bath house as well as an additional toilet facility.

Wil's Cabin

Beautiful cabin with 3 bedrooms and large sleeping loft with 6 beds. Amazing 360 degree view at the treetops. Fish freezer, chairs, fire pits, new kitchen, car and boat parking in a quiet, serene, private area minutes from downtown Seward, amazing hiking and world class fishing. No dogs without permission, and please message me about this first. We have WiFi now. No parties, strict outside quiet hours are at 9:30.

Oceanfront Inn Cabin

The Oceanfront Inn Cabin is a cozy nook that contains a queen bed in the main room, and a separate bedroom with a twin bed. Enjoy a BBQ on the private covered deck, or cook indoors with the full kitchen/dining area. Full bathroom includes a stand up shower. A shared hot tub (extra fee) is accessible at the main house. This cabin is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.

Coffee House Cottage

Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!
