Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Hut magic at Laumerhof-Hofglück

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
