Ute and Bernd are super nice and friendly! The apartments are very cozy and fully furnished. The surrounding area is simply ideal for hiking. And if you want to take a walk through the old town, Regensburg is very close!It's not my first time coming here – this place is beautiful in both the winter and summer! I can highly recommend it!

Wolfgang's apartment is highly recommended. Ideally located for our purposes (business trip to Frankfurt), so we only had to leave the motorway for a short time. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet, which was also very important to us. Easy to reach and uncomplicated check-in.

Friendly welcome, everything was explained to us in detail. Generous and just something else. Located in the middle of the forest, tranquility and relaxed hosts. The owners have already renewed a lot, we enjoyed it very much. Communication worked out very well and thank you for the small breakfast as an extra bonus (we were on foot on a hike). If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Location for a city trip to Passau can't be better. Range of 1 kilometer can be reached on foot, bus, bike, taxi, all the beauties of Passau. This includes the magnificent cathedral incl. daily. Concert, the Venetian-like old town, the confluence of the 3 rivers Inn / Ilz and Danube. The in-house restaurant in the Schafrichter is the perfect symbiosis on the culinary side. Excellent fresh cuisine, bohemian, Austria and Bavarian specialties prepared to a high standard. A drinks and wine list that offers something in its variety and choice for all tastes and also high standards. In any case, the room and its furnishings and bathroom are to be settled at 4** * star level. No decisive deficiencies, except missing bottle of drinking water during the day for a longer term visit. A point of contact is also available in person at all times. Hospitality, coupled with a feel-good ambience. 100% recommendation!

A puristic architect-designed villa to feel good

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future !
