Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lower Grand Lagoon

We loved this house!!! Comes with so many amenities- the golf cart was so helpful as one person in our group had an injury! It’s a quick and beautiful walk to the beach- there is even a beach shuttle running all day. The home is so great- best kitchen and an ice maker that is just for drinks!! We loved it all and would stay there again for sure! Also, Grayton Beach is a peaceful, quaint community that is so refreshing! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for the bonfire too!! Such a treat!!

This place is truly a gem! It is down a little walk street and is super charming. The front porch was a great place to hang out! Easy walk to the beach and pool along with the amenities and restaurants of Seaside.

LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

Highly recommend this property. It is a unique combination of lake right outside the back door and ocean literally a couple minutes walk. The property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants are just minutes from the property. Eddie goes out of his way to provide help with anything. We grilled on the deck, and went in the lake and ocean. This place is a real gem. Thank you Eddie, our family had a great time.

This was an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, a short walk to a stunning white sand beach, the golf cart access really elevated the experience too. The house was beautiful! The pool was great and soo warm (we paid for heating, it was wonderful). We did deal with some drainage issues in the showers. Our host was quick to respond, however the plumber wasn’t able to come during our stay, which was unfortunate. Also, each bathroom only had 1-2 rolls of toilet paper provided. So if you have a large group and are staying for multiple days, I would purchase extra because we were definitely running low on our last few days.

The condo was beautiful and furniture was newer and comfortable. Everything was as pictured and described. This is on the laguna beach side of PCB so it’s much quieter and less crowded especially on the beach. We loved it! Angie reached out to check on us a few times. Very helpful and friendly.

This was a spur of the moment trip for us to see family that live in the area. I was able to get a reservation quickly. Carrie made the process so easy and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Any questions or concerns we had she answered very promptly. They made us feel that we were at home. Home was clean and all linens were spotless no stains or tears in them. They had shampoo/conditioner etc. in the bathroom. All kitchen utensils/cookware was available for our use. Great place if you have kids with the pool and game room or just adults needing to get away from it all. Door dash and Walmart delivery make it so that you don't even have to leave the property unless you just want to go special places. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous condo! With such an amazing view! Very well kept and cleaned. Awesome hosts! This place seems to always be booked out so make sure to book in advance!

My girls and I enjoyed Michelle’s place. It had a beautiful view. Small and cozy, but had everything we needed for a short stay at the beach. Ice cream was a walk around the corner and souvenir store was across the street. Great location and clean! Thanks Michelle.

Great place with an amazing view of the ocean. We stayed there for the long weekend. Lot of places and food joints are walking distance, with a lovely breakfast joint right opposite to it.

Everything really was fantastic about the unit and the owners. The building is undergoing some needed renovations and I hope they soon do something about the smell in the skybridge. Thank you for the clean and comfortable place!

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!
