The place is fantastic, waterfront. The apartment is simple, you have what you need to run without problems and above all, two wonderful terraces that are worth an empire. We stayed at Liz's place for a week and had a great time! The location is great: you can be on the beach in less than 10 minutes walk and in the city in 25 minutes by bus. Everything you would like to see is quickly accessible: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park, etc. We have been to Valencia many times and love the city and the lifestyle in Cabanyal. We 100% recommend the place and were very satisfied! The place is as described and we felt at home!

Very friendly and sweet hosts Inma and Jordi. Short contact lines. We were 6 adults and 4 children with our family. The villa was very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Including 3 bathrooms and various chill and play areas. Greatly enjoyed the pool the garden and the beach. Boulevard, village Benicarló and Peniscola easily accessible on foot. Lots of sights and entertainment in the vicinity. Public transportation at the doorstep as well as plenty of catering amenities. Close to the airport 30 minutes. In short, ideal holiday for a large family. Space and entertainment. Repeatable.

This was a perfect Airbnb for us, it was the start of a 6 day bike ride. There were 4 of us and needed 4 beds but if there are more of you there was also a sofa bed. Easy walk to Cabanyal area. Very clean and easy check in. Thanks

Beautifully and comfortably furnished apartment. The accommodation is located close to the beach and restaurants. Within 5 minutes walk there are two supermarkets. The host communicated very well and the arrival process is very intuitive also thanks to the host's instructions.

We had a great time, the area is super quiet, near the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes around the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at your own home, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. One small drawback is that sometimes, and especially when it rained, the pipes in the downstairs bathroom smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat it, we recommend staying at Scot's house.

The chalet is exactly how José Antonio describes it and what it looks like in the photographs. It is a very comfortable place to stay and we were very comfortable. José Antonio a super host all the recommendations he told us were very good. We'll be back for sure, the place is worth repeating.
