Apartment with a view over potsdam

This is a beautiful, renovated old building in the heart of Potsdam. It is located in the 4th floor and is 65 square meters in size. There is one bedroom with double bed, a living room with balcony, which is so large that you can comfortably sit in pairs on it. The fully renovated bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has everything a kitchen needs so equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery and various utensils, and some things of basic necessities such as coffee, tea, spices are available and can be used. There is a dining table in the kitchen with overlooking to potsam and then another one in the living room. The living room also has a couch where a third person could sleep comfortably. Furthermore, there is a TV and wifi. The apartment is located quiet, and nevertheless centrally. To Sanssouci Park with historic buildings, there are only 5 minutes. Also in the downtown pedestrian zone and many shops, you will be within 5 minutes. The Dutch Quarter and many other historic sights are nearby. Potsdam is also known for its many parks and lakes. With a bike you would be within 15 minutes at the Heiliger See with good water quality for swimming and inviting. The Potsdam Central Station offers easy access to Berlin by train or regional train. The city center of Berlin, it takes about 30 minutes by local train. The apartment can be rent for shorter stays or even weekly or monthly rental. Feel free to ask if you need more informations. In addition, we offer free of charge, to its own parking in the yard.

Ein Haus am See zw. Berlin&Potsdam

Dies ist ein klassisches rbnb. Wir vermieten unsere privaten Räume an private Personen. Nicht an Firmen und Monteure - bitte nehmt Abstand von Buchungen, die nicht für euch selbst sind. Unser Ferienappartement liegt direkt am See, ist saniert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (ca. 90qm). Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett (200 x 200) und ein Schlafsofa getrennt nur durch eine CABINET-Schiebetür. (Keine Geräuschdämmung - deswegen hellhörig). Anlegemöglichkeit für Boote nach Absprache. Bis zum Berliner Ortsschild sind es 500m. Zum Bahnhof Wannsee 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, und von dort ist man in 17 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Berlin). Bitte keine Hunde mitbringen. Im TV gibt es ein Amazon fire TV Stick mit Filmen auf deutsch und englisch. Willkommen bei 'Carl & Marie' in Seenähe (DG)

Unser Haus wurde 1897 von unseren Ururgroßeltern Carl & Marie erbaut und wurde in den letzten Jahren von meiner Familie saniert. Es liegt in Storkow, einer brandenburgischen Kleinstadt, 60 km südöstlich vom Berliner Stadtzentrum. Das Haus hat zwei getrennte Wohnungen, eine im Erdgeschoss und eine im Dachgeschoss, die separat vermietet werden. Dies ist das Inserat für die Dachgeschosswohnung. Werden beide Wohnungen gemietet, können sie über eine Tür im Erdgeschoss miteinander verbunden werden.

Erleben Sie Potsdam Haut nah und doch im Grünen. Wir sind eine ruhige Wohnsiedlung direkt an den Ravensbergen, welche wunderschön zu Wanderungen und Radtouren einlädt. Der Hauptbahnhof und Potsdam-Zentrum sind von hier ca. 3-5 km entfernt und sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Ruhe, dem komfortablen Bett uvm. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit kindern).

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly.
