In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4-Seitenhof. Das Apartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

For your stay, we offer a spacious 1-room apartment with kitchen and shower room on the first floor + a tiny 1-room 'refuge' with hallway/toilet/ and mini-kitchen in a house over a hundred years old. The non-smoking house is individually furnished and lovingly and meticulously renovated. You will stay in a spacious one-bedroom ground floor apartment with kitchen, shower bath, plus an additional refuge - an extra tiny one-bedroom ground floor flat with kitchenette and toilet.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Wahlsdorf 73 is a place to pause or make, vacation or (co) work, have space and tranquility, fresh air, vastness, lots of garden and infrastructure and (also) what you make of it. In the old stable building of our four-sided farm, we have converted two apartments. Both can be rented individually. Or just the entire house, including the large cozy communal kitchen and the work, rehearsal, yoga or office space.
