Located in Bourneau (south Vendée) near the forest of Mervent / Vouvant, only 10 minutes from the motorway. The wooden cabin sleeps up to 4 people; there are 2 double beds one of which is a bunk bed. It is situated in over 8 acres of fields with 3 fishing lakes where the donkeys and sheep roam free. The panoramic roof terrace will allow you to enjoy the idyllic setting. English really spoken. A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified as "4-star furnished Tourism". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
