Outbuilding of 50 m² next to our house with parking. On the road to the castles, 30 minutes from Bordeaux, from the airport , 18 minutes from the Parc des Expositions and Stade Matmut. Air-conditioned and equipped accommodation: TV, microwave, refrigerator, combo, dishwasher oven and coffee maker. Its plus its bedroom and large living room: kitchen, dining area and living room. Come and spend a quiet and pleasant time at the gates of the Médoc in the air-conditioned studio of "La Fontaine" located in the very quiet district of Feydieu. 25min from Bordeaux by car, close to the Route des Châteaux (La Lagune, Saint Estephe...), 45min drive from the beaches of Lacanau, Hourtin, 5min walk from the forest.
