Nice little studio, very pleasant and well furnished in Mios in the Val de L'Eyre near Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat des Landes and Bordeaux. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden,where the invitation to calm and relaxation is assured. Free secure shared parking with surveillance camera The swimming pool and garden on the left side of the studio are exclusively reserved for tenants of the house, the garden on the right side and the back of the studio are exclusively reserved for the studio.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
