On both floors there is air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a yard, which always has shade on hot summer days, and a large barbecue. Through the courtyard you pass to the beach, only 10 meters away.

The building is situated steps from the water, showcasing a simple design with balconies on the upper level. A rocky pathway leads down to the sea, where seating and umbrellas are placed for guest use, and greenery surrounds the structure.
