On the ground floor there is one bedroom, also a bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a kitchen for 10 people, oven, dishwasher, water boiler. On both floors there is air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a yard, which always has shade on hot summer days, and a large barbecue. Through the courtyard you pass to the beach, only 10 meters away.
