The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

This biologically lovingly renovated cottage offers you the optimal base for this. If you are flexible in terms of time, you are welcome to request cheap periods from me (prices vary greatly seasonally). My cottage is a drug-free zone for energetic reasons.

Welcome to your break at 1595 m above sea level. M.! This rustic alpine hut is located in the picturesque hamlet of Malamusa, above the village of Rueras (municipality of Tujetsch/Sedrun). Here you can enjoy a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Grisons mountains. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts: the well-known "Senda Sursilvana" hiking trail passes right by your front door.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The apartment is located in a quiet and small mountain village in the beautiful Val Lumnezia. Not far away is the ski resort (5-minute drive) and a cross-country ski trail (at the village border). You also have an ideal starting point to explore the impressive landscapes of the Valley of Light.
