Lovely little cottage with outdoor bath invites you to quiet and relax in natural surroundings. The house has an outdoor kitchen with dining area, and large terrace. The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, a connected kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

Farm holiday with animals and a pizza oven

Enjoy a farm holiday with animals, tranquillity and great food. On our four-acre farm, children can collect eggs, meet goats, kittens, rabbits and pigs, and explore the surroundings. In the farm shop, you will find freshly baked sourdough bread, farm honey and freshly laid eggs. We have table tennis, table football and darts in our cosy barn. In the evening, you can make pizza in the wood-fired stone oven and enjoy the courtyard with a glass of our hand-brewed cask beer. A unique family getaway in the countryside, close to the beach, the harbour and the charming Karrebæksminde.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and gymnasium. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom in the basement with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

Annex for 2–3 guests

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation for both the beach, restaurants and the beautiful city life in Karrebæksminde. The annex is building B and is furnished with a simple kitchen. There are 2 beds on a good sofa bed as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds. Private bathroom and toilet in the Annex. Beautiful area with green areas with football goals and petanque. 10 min walk down through the charming Vesterhave with small houses and then you are at the beach and the cozy center that buzzes with life.
