A lovely house, in a private village dating back to 1200, with a large garden, orchard, organic garden and panoramic swimming pool. Around it, an estate of 50 hectares of meadows and woods. To get there you have to travel about 600 meters of dirt road. For safety reasons, the property does not accept children under the age of 12.

For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.
