In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a longer as well as shorter stay: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooker with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, bread machine, refrigerator (without freezer), dishwasher.The bathroom is equipped with a handicapped Just shower ,wall toilet & a large washbasin. The price includes all costs, such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning.. In the outdoor area there is a seating area on the courtyard and a covered area in the garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. On the adjacent green area, you can enjoy the view of the countryside or sunbathe on various seating areas.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
