Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
