Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. In the middle of the Rhine Valley lies our modern holiday home in the center of Lustenau. This stylish architect's house with its own terrace offers maximum comfort and is the perfect alternative to a hotel – ideal for holidays, longer stays or business trips. The Lake Constance region, with its proximity to Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, as well as its diverse natural and cultural landscape, provides special experiences all year round.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Haus am See

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
