Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. SUP tours, cycling, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 2.5 km.

Zum Dachsbau - Three rooms on the Baltic Sea

Minimum stay: 3 nights! Three rooms: One own bedroom, own kitchen & own bathroom in a beautiful village about 4 km from the beach. The room can also sleep 3 people, as it would be large enough. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress on the floor (in the same room). From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. My family includes me, my wife and our two sons (9 years and 7 years) as well as our dog.
