It is superbly located in a quiet neighbourhood in Nueva Andalucia close to the golf valley, within walking distance to amenities and Puerto Banus. The property has been completely renovated this year to the highest standards. The current owner wanted to maintain a Spanish exterior appearance while incorporating a minimalist Scandinavian design inside with plenty of space to enjoy with the family. It is distributed in 3 floors and has 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It has a private garden, a large swimming pool with barbecue area to enjoy alfresco meals.
