The house is inside a gated community, with concierge, guard and surveillance services 24/7. -Hotel Puente Romano with famous restaurants and nightclubs only 4 mins walking. -Forum center, with super restaurants and grocery store. -Marbella city and Puerto Banus, 5 mins driving. -Beach only 5 min walk. -Tennis, padel, golf very close.
