With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Several great hiking trails right next to the cabin. Frisbee golf course nearby. Electric car chargers available on site. Toys and Nintendo Switch for children. Playground just 30 meters from the cabin.

The flat has a lovely terrace with a great view. Inside you will find a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom and an open living room/kitchen solution that is perfect for both relaxation and cooking. Possibility of renting bed linen and towels. Guests clean up after themselves; there is also the option of a laundry service for a fee.

The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

We have a large garden with barbecue/fire pit at your disposal. Walking distance to the swimming area. Sørlandsbadet is 4 km away. We will go a long way to make sure guests have a nice stay with us 😊
