It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two good Pubs, The Staghunters Inn & The Rockford Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine f
