My apartment is.located in a beautiful period building, 5 minutes from the Parc de la Tête d'Or and 10 minutes from the city center by metro (100m away). You'll appreciate its unique decor, its lively neighborhood—one of the most elegant in Lyon—its proximity to public transportation, and the complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jams, and fruit juice). The building's facade will be renovated from mid-September 2026 until the end of February 2027.

Modern apartment (2021) for 4 people. Very bright, located 10 minutes from Perrache train station and 15 minutes from the city center. If you have a car, I offer you my free parking space. If you are on foot, you have access to the T2 tram, which is 2 steps from the building (100 m), allowing easy access to the whole city. In the neighborhood, there are many small restaurants with Neapolitan, African and Vietnamese cuisine.
