You will sleep soundly in the courtyard room. Very quiet apartment located in the heart of the city close to everything. Very responsive to your questions, don't hesitate. The apartment is located in the heart of Lyon, on the Presqu'île, close to department stores, Place Bellecour and the city's main attractions, such as Old Lyon. Very convenient, the metro is a short walk away. Cordeliers metro station is a two-minute walk, bus stop is one minute away.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

My apartment is.located in a beautiful period building, 5 minutes from the Parc de la Tête d'Or and 10 minutes from the city center by metro (100m away). You'll appreciate its unique decor, its lively neighborhood—one of the most elegant in Lyon—its proximity to public transportation, and the complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jams, and fruit juice). The building's facade will be renovated from mid-September 2026 until the end of February 2027.

Le Cosy St Jean***

The apartment is located in old Lyon, rue St Jean, which is a pedestrian street only! It is therefore not possible to access it by car. The architecture of the building dates from the Renaissance period, there is no elevator and the spiral staircase is a little rough and can be difficult to access for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties to move. The exposed stones and beams bring a lot of charm and authenticity to the apartment.

Our accommodation is ideally located, close to Parc de la Tête d'Or (4-minute walk), Presqu'île (10-minute walk), public transport (2-minute walk to Masséna metro station), 15-minute walk to Part-Dieu train station. Many nearby businesses. The apartment was completely renovated during the summer of 2016 (double glazing, parquet, security door).
