Notre chalet de montagne est unique en son genre dans notre belle région Angevine. A 20 mn d'Angers et sur la route des vins. Notre maison est spacieuse et chaleureuse, elle fait environ 200 M2. Elle n'attend que vous pour passer de bons moments en famille, entre amis avec les enfants. Prenez du bon temps été comme hiver : Vous pourrez vous installer autour de la piscine avec un bon apéritif et un barbecue l'été et l'hiver autour d'une bonne raclette dans son chaleureux salon, salle à manger.

Bicycle hire is also available. It’s living accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (1x double, 2 singles & 1x bunk), a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and large living / dining area, complete with log burner, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Great for quiet stays with family or friends, our accommodation is located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou to welcome you in the countryside in a village of 4 houses and 5 minutes from the Sèvre Nantaise to take nice walks on foot or by canoe. 1 hour drive, the sea, the Poitevin marsh and its Green Venice, the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, the troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire allow you to discover the region. The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

Former stables of a 19th century manor house, the building, completely renovated, includes: Ground floor, a large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace that gives access to the garden and pool. Bathroom and toilet. 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet. Ideal place to relax around the pool or visit the region rich in fun and cultural activities.

L'ancienne école cottage, like a scent of childhood

The cottage – labeled 4* – is in a former school. A new elementary school is located on the adjoining property; noise pollution is therefore limited to the operation of a school. The decor and amenities are particularly neat. The garden is enclosed and the private swimming pool (5 m/11 m) is covered and heated. The owners request access to the pool 1.5 hours/day. The owners live opposite and are therefore always available.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
