Here you get a nice newly renovated accommodation out in the countryside for the whole family / a trip with friends. The house is located in the vicinity of, among other things, the pearls Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Grebbestad and Lysekil where Havets hus is located. Really cozy place all year round. Located in the granite kingdom with many fine mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the immediate area there are many salt baths, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600 m from the house

If you are looking for a place to stay that is quiet and secluded and at the same time close to the pearls of the coast, then you have come to the right place. On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of SEK 300 per night for the guest house)

Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. The upper floor has a living room, three bedrooms. 8 beds (2 * 180 cm, 1*160 (sofa bed) cm, 1*120 cm + 1*90 cm) Large terrace with sheltered patio, conservatory with outdoor kitchen, charcoal grill and pizza oven. Parking for three cars and the possibility to charge an electric car (for a fee). Guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels. Cleaning is done by the guest

På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Här bor 8 personer bekvämt och huset har alla moderna bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. Välkomna!

The whole house is generous and fresh and has a good standard, but with a summer feeling and charm rather than luxury and design. Bedroom + bathroom on floors 1 and 3, common areas on floor 2. Perfect for a large family or several families who want to share a house during the holiday. We only want to see families as guests.
