Super nice and cozy home with what your heart desires. It was even made sure it was breakfast for us in the fridge. Check-in with Leif was easy and effortless. We were in continuous contact and never had any doubts. Thanks to Leif and Ann for letting us borrow their house! It made a perfect base for us for our hectic weekend as attendees at GothCon 2025. If we get the opportunity, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful and nice house. Was easy and easy to check in and Jasmine was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Descriptions and pictures of the house correspond very well. Highly recommend!

Hanna Svarte distorted and hyggelig. The house was tidy and clean, well adapted to us when we arrived. Beds were afraid of mocking. The house is exactly that of a family with children. Lovely to have the opportunity to have the children in your own basement living room with two sofa beds. Short way to the store and you can quickly get to Gothenburg, the beach or an excursion to Hønø. The shower was in the laundry room, but it went just fine. Would recommend staying at Hanna's place.

Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The arrival was extremely easy thanks to the detailed instructions. The accommodation is in a great location very close to the tram station. Really pleasant stay, would recommend.

What a beautiful apartment. Sparkling clean and very new with wonderful colors used. The bathroom was amazing, huge, and the shower was big enough to move about in without water going everywhere. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay there perfect. Kitchen had everything one needs for cooking. Washing machine a plus. We could walk to the ferry which we took to the island of Dyron and took a wonderful hike on that island. Highly recommend this apartment.

Anna had even provided a Christmas tree, which made the holidays in Sweden particularly cozy. With the apartment above the landlords, contact was always possible. Everything was as described.

Jonida's apartment is spacious and conveniently located for catching the tram/bus and is a 10-15 minute walk to all the major sights. The apartment is bigger than captured in the photos and was a charming and comfortable place to stay. The listing says it's 3 floors up, but, the way I count floors, it was only two, so not a problem at all (even for a couple of 70-year-olds with luggage). As others have mentioned, the apartment (bathroom in particular) needs a deep clean, and some repairs and paint would really make the place sparkle. In spite of that, we really enjoyed the apartment and would definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment that is both functional and warm. The bedding is comfortable, it is specified that the second bed is a sofa bed. Also for French people who are used to shutters, remember that in Sweden these are curtains. The location is very central and everything is easily accessible either on foot or by bus or tram. The good weather even allowed us to discover the islands accessible by ferry Karin was very responsive and allowed us to leave a little later, our plane was offbeat. We'll be happy to go back.

We have had a great time for 5 days in Gustav's great apartment on Rösholmen! The apartment felt like home, and had everything we needed and more. Lovely beds, practical and stylish decor, ingenious, hidden solutions to storage, and breathtaking views from the porch. Staying on an islet felt both limiting and liberating at the same time, as you rely on a boat to get to and from, but that was also what allowed you to completely relax and just enjoy your stay. The Zita boats went every half hour and were a great experience in itself. Recommend buying a clip card if you are going to be there for several days and want to go on excursions with the whole family. There was a lot of wind while we were there, but we got to take a day trip to beautiful Smögen with the Zita boat, spent a wonderful and long-awaited, almost quiet sunny day at the beach and the bathing jetty at Rösholmen, and otherwise enjoyed the sun and boating life from the porch.

The place is exactly like the pictures. Comfortable spacious apartment, well equipted. It is right at the street, however you don't notice it at all from inside the apartment. We will definitely recommend!
