Our "cottage" is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house, as part of an old mill yard! We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbours and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. It is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! From this centrally located accommodation, which was completely renovated in 2025 and 26, you can reach all the important places in no time. Cochem Imperial Castle, Koblenz Deutsches Eck, Eltz Castle or in the Hunsrück to name just a few nearby destinations. The vineyards or the Mosel area in the immediate vicinity, about 4 minutes from the house, also invite you to take long walks or cycle with great views. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the building!!!!

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our beautiful, almost 250-year-old house offers you everything you need to relax in the middle of nature or spend time with family and friends. The large garden invites you to linger in good weather and thanks to the wood-burning stove and sauna you can also make yourself comfortable on rainy days. The house is surrounded by the fields and forests of the Hunsrück, the Moselle can be reached in a few minutes by car.
