The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Beautiful townhouse on the banks of the Saône

It's a charming and atypical house with its large living room with high ceilings. There is underfloor heating and a beautiful stove to prepare a small fire that warms the atmosphere. On the same level, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, connecting with a shower room. The toilet is in the shower room and this is the small downside of this accommodation. A beautiful mezzanine with queen-size bed and single bed overlooks the living space.

We welcome you to this charming independent house of 40 m2 with its private terrace. The living room has a double bed, a seating area with sofa, TV and a small desk area. Fitted kitchen (hob, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, raclette machine, kettle, Senseo machine. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace with garden view, electric barbecue and deckchairs.
