Beautiful apartment on 1st floor in a quiet cul de sac very centrally located. Garden view and no load shedding. Close to: Steve Biko Academic Hospital Urology Hospital University of Pretoria Hatfield Gautrain Station Embassies & Consulates DIRCO Loftus Versfeld Shopping Centres All within 5km/15min drive. Coffee shops, restaurants, and a fantastic park are within walking distance. Unfortunately, the apartment is not child-friendly and we do not cater for infants and/or small children.
