The barn sleeps 5, was updated in 2021 and has a spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen & stylish wood stove. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Extra bed on mezzanine. Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

Beautiful 160 m2 air-conditioned villa, in a pretty village on the heights of Bordeaux (12th century church 100 m away). Located in the hilly vineyards of the first coasts, the house is located 15 minutes from Bordeaux. Combining comfort and nearby amenities, the villa is located on a 1900 m2 plot with a 180 m2 terrace and heated swimming pool (10x5) in season. The garden is quiet; lined with beautiful oaks, they allow you to bask in the shade, always by the pool.
