The 2-room apartment is located right in the center on Hasselbachplatz, but in a traffic-calmed side street. The apartment is accessible by elevator. Restaurants, supermarkets/chemist's, pharmacy, bakery and public transportation are a 2-3 minute walk. From the central station it is just a few stops.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009.
