In the quiet centre of the village of Haiming, on the first floor of our large, older house, we have 3 bedrooms 1 dining room 1 Kitchen 1 bathroom 1 WC, tastefully decorated. At the entrance to the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (approx. 12 or 3 minutes on foot) and by car (parking by the house). Innsbruck and all the leisure activities in this region are excellently connected. The farm shop and bakery are around the corner 5 minutes' walk to BILLA, the post office, the pharmacy and the butcher in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.
